the shuttle is super convenient, but check-in took way too long.

all the employees were really good and pleasant. the room was spotless with 3 large beds when upgraded. i could use a safe box, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels.

The rooms were spotless for a 3people bedroom kept by the really good staff. I was offered a sensational breakfast with many options also for vegetarians. The location was stunning and excellent, right by Close to the shopping centres, perfectly near the airport for early / late flights and many shops, coffehouse and restorants. Found time to see Theater Adamastor, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The shuttle was super helpful. It was just what I needed for a quick stopover 😄

In our case we had 12 hours layover before the next flight we had no choice but to stay in a clean hotel close to the airport. It was ok, the room was very big and relaxed, internet was free in the room and fast, nice food buffet. Friendly shuttle bus drivers the helped us with the luggage.

We thought that the shuttle was free to and from the airport, We could not find it when we landed so we took a taxi to the hotel 40 reals. Then we had to pay 7 reals each to the hotel on the way back to the Airport.

A well-maintained property, clean, favourable location parallel to the pedestrian precinct. The rooms are large with 3 large beds. The breakfast is wonderful with many options also for vegetarians, had excellent food.

Cool hotel & clean, its location is exceptionally nice and ideal parallel to the pedestrian precinct. It is nestled in the center of the town, extremely close to a public library.

For anyone thinking about this

The shuttle service is excellent and efficiently connects guests to the airport. Rooms are spacious and feature good air conditioning. I wish the breakfast selection could be improved for early risers, but overall, a solid choice for a quick stop before a flight.

Marcelo on reception was excellent gave us a room upgrade and free airport shuttle Close to the centro shopos and bars

Clean, functional, friendly.

Most of all, you cannot reach down town Sao Paulo from the hotel. A taxi costs usd $50 one way and the bus to the metro takes 1 hour during the day ! Also, although there is a shuttle for R$7 from the Airport, you will not find any information about when it leaves the airport for the hotel and it turns out it only runs once per hour. A taxi costs around R$45.

Enjoyed the food with enough variety, and the shuttle service to the airport was punctual. Also loved the sun terrace.

Proximity to GRU, friendly receptionist.

Rooms are small, old fashioned. Need big repair. Location is complicated, it took our driver ages to find the hotel, because The name of the hotel was not illuminated.

Location and inexpensive shuttle bus to airport excellent. Food in hotel excellent not just the breakfast but the evening meal (optional) The staff where very friendly and helpful

A better knowledge of local bus services and metro for travelling into Sao paulo would be benifical Gym equipment could do with updating
